Having known Cream personally for years, he’s as calm & peaceful a dude you’ll encounter. Rightfully so, the city of Harrisburg is in a frenzy after he was beat down by a gang of police in front of hundreds of people as the clubs on 2nd street let out. One minute, Justin Barnes was standing in front of the Dragonfly nightclub on North Second Street in Harrisburg, handing out fliers promoting a rap group’s performance.
The next thing the Harrisburg man knew, he said, he was lying on the ground, his eyes watering from a sprayed irritant, a police baton held to his neck, four police officers piled on him, his hands cuffed and his back tingling from being shot with a Taser.
