Recharge your ipods & brush off your backpacks… Dub Floyd & Wally Sparks are back to present the lead single from the Boondocks Season 3 mixtape, Hip Hop Docktrine Vol. 3 due out 1st quarter 2010.
“On My Way Up” which is produced by Djay Cas features Central PA’s spokesman Phene & West Coast heavyweight Jay Rock, accompanied by soothing vocals from Wil Guice. The song takes you on a reflective journey acknowledging the struggles of the past, yet accepting what the future holds. Phene’s debut LP, High Off Life, is currently being recorded in Atlanta, GA & is slated for 2010 release.
